No design skills are required, I want the code to work on my server. I do not want graphics designed etc.
Requirements:
- Life insurance form installed on my evohosting server using the? test DB (please see <[url removed, login to view]>).
- Keyword tracking enabled, and an example of this working.
- Show me? what? I need to do? to change the html? on the main form page.
- Show me? what? I need to do? to change the html? on the thank you? page.
