Modify existing html pages and create some new ones

We have a website that requires some text change to an existing sales page, and a maximum of 3 other pages created.
Approx 80% of the contents of the 3 pages to be created will be copied directly from an existing page, so essentially no new pages are really going to be created, you will start with a copy of the changed page, and then make alternations.
A video and/or document will be provided outlining full changes that are required.
It is expected that you will make the changes, and we will review and possibly a few iterations will be required until we get the final product to our satisfaction.
The existing sales page changes are minor as well over 90% of the sales page will not be changed at all.
This is a very easy job for the right person who is proficient in html and css.
