I want a Wordpress plugin to redirect visitors according their origin, IP, Language, Browser, Operating system, etc. The PHP code is ready in the major of requirements. But I need to be modified to redirect by ISP and city as well. Perhaps the source code needs a little work to be complete. Then it must be transformed into a wordpress and phpbbV3 plugin.
## Deliverables
Plugin must work for the latest wordpress blog, and PHPbbv3 and above. The files needed will be given to the programmer after bid acceptance
