BACKGROUND I have a small software application that creates web pages
It does so by extracting data from a database (access) and populates a set of predefined templates. These templates are controlled via css. In particular a file called [url removed, login to view]

Our software extracts the data, creates html pages on the fly using the templates and [url removed, login to view] file. Quite obviously to better understand this process you will required to download, our software application and the application that manages the access database. These will be made available to the short list of bidders whom I will decide best match our requirements.
The successful bidder must demonstrate
1. Some form of existing work (most likely a website that utilises css
2. The ability to design and create images that will be used for this site
Our immediate requirements are for
1. Three complete sets of html templates.
2. Each set must contain 3 [url removed, login to view] files
(These should vary things like background colour, fonts and the like)
3. Each set of templates will require a set of images. These images are used in the creation of the final templates. To better understand the images used please look inside the attached zip file and as an example [url removed, login to view]
You will have a distinct advantage if you know something about the Australian automotive industry as the finale product will be used to create web sites for Australian Used Vehicle resellers.
Images used in the design of these templates must reflect vehicles sold in the Australian market.
In addition to the completion of this bid the successful bidder will be invited to create future images for ongoing users of the software. This information will again be disclosed to the successful bidder.
Our time frame is urgent. Bidders that cannot undertake an immdiate start need not apply. It is my intention to award this bid request within 48 hours. As usual we will immediately escrow funds on awarding of the bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional templates(s) in as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows a) Templates must be integrated and operational in our software application. b) Application must be able to generate content using templates. c) Application must be able to upload complete html files (generated via templates) yto the internet. d) End users (Customers) should be able to modify CSS using inbuilt CSS editor.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
End product (webpages) should be viewable (without error) in IE 6 and upward, safari, firefox, mozilla. Software application will run on Windows XP and Vista.
