Simple Skin and Modifications to PHP Coppermine Gallery(repost)

I currently have a coppermine gallery installed on my website. I have setup the simple categories and I have all of the images to upload, but I dont know how to make it look like I required.

I have made a detailed full spec PDF showing exactly what im after, so as long as you know your stuff when it comes to PHP and HTML/CSS it shouldnt be a problem.

## Deliverables

Its a very simple project. I have a pdf showing exactly how I want the gallery to look, and I have the gallery software chosen. I just need the gallery to be modified to look like the attached PDF.
