Simple website in Joomla/Drupal

Need to redesign a website with CMS so thought Joomla and Drupal as we have linux hosting (attached is the website name). Simple multilingual SEO website in joomla/drupal needed. 1. We will send you the template and you make the site for us or you show us some good designs based on the "environment". We will purchase XHTML template (not joomla template) from template monster. You will joomlafy it. 2. In the template you need to add dropdown menus (as it will not be provided by default with the template monster template). 3. Site to be multilingual. 4. Photogllery - best is to have lightbox effect. We prefer lightbox over greybox. 5. Embed youtube videos on the videos section. Same lightbox here too. 6. There will be 2 or 3 forms. 7. we do not want at this point the login/member system of joomla. 8. We will have donations page where we want the paypal to be linked up to take the donations. 9. We want to store the form data into the MYSQL database (for points partly 6 and 8). Everything to be very much SEO friendly.
