Small HTML maybe CSS tweak

I've created a site with tables, and the top doesn't quite come out correctly in Internet Explorer. Easy solution would be perhaps splitting it into two tables, and that would do fine if you can manage that. If not, CSS would have to do to redesign the layout. I would prefer a simple solution though, the easier the better. Here's the site: [login to view URL] Viewed in Opera, FF, you can see how it's supposed to look. Viewed in IE, you can see the ugly header, with all that grey. I need to get it looking like it does in Opera or firefox, in IE aswell.
