Travel Directory

I have a comprehensive travel website. I need a stand alone application where users can create a shopping cart. The application should be able to download available categories from my website in a XML format and then the user should be able to add products etc. Once this is done, the user should be able to upload the product list XML and the photographs to my website. A flash shopping cart should be able to read the products from the XML and show it on the website. The users of the application can be more than one. Products from many users need to be displayed on my website. Products can have more than one photographs. Products can ave discounts Products can have bulk discounts. users can upload more than one product users can pay using my exsiting payment gateway users should not be able to create categories users should not eb able to upload categories The shopping cart needs to be extremely fast and should load only required products from the xml not the entire list of products which will eventually grow to several thousand products The shopping cart should have a search function. The website must be created using PHP/Flash. I dont want any ASP or any other windows dependent software to be used anywhere. I'll require complete source code of the entire software. No semi compiled libraries or .swf I want the complete code. The software is being created for me and I must own it completely. You cannot sell the product completly or partially to any one else. The development time maximum is 45 days. Those who do not ask for advance money, will be prefered.
