Website Design/Programming From Beginning - Some C# & XML

Please see the attached file for details on the project. I have screenshots in a .zip file that you will need also, so please view them with the document, which references them. Please understand that I am not a programmer/designer so the screenshots are far from perfect, and I obviously expect a much more polished and professional job than the crude things I put together.

I expect the project to take 4-5 weeks MAXIMUM. The quicker the turn around, the better.

I haven't decided on a website hosting platform yet so the website can be built to be hosted on a Linux server or Microsoft Server so as long as you have the ability to design and program everything for one kind of server or the other or both (would be even better...)!!!

The following is a list of skills you WILL need to complete the job. No negotiation on these points. If you can't do everything I have asked for, then don't apply for the job. It's that simple:

-Graphic Design (for my company logo)

-Database Design (MySQL or MS SQL)

-CMS integration (wordpress/joomla/drupal, etc.)

I was just talking with my programmer friend and after looking at the charting module I might buy, he said, "Technically you can rig up windows IIS webserver to run those cms platforms (wordpress, drupal, etc) however the chart component you found are .net/microsoft and would work best with asp.net. It would be less work to use asp.net CMS component with those chart components..."

So maybe building the site in ASP.net makes more sense.
