Adaptive Payments Paypal Marketplace

We have a marketplace already in place (under development in PHP) and it currently is setup for Stripe payments (not connect). We are looking to setup paypal adaptive payment (delayed chain payment) for a marketplace along with basic user reports. Following are requirements at a high level.
