Add some functionnalities to Drupal marketplace

I'm looking for a freelancer to add functionnalities on a marketplace ([login to view URL]). The site allows people to post a project and it allows companies to put offers on projects. Then a workflow takes place so that a asker can select a company.

The company can accept or not.

After a work is complete, the asker close the project.

I've developed the marketplace based on Drupal 7 and custom entities, but not enought time to add those functionnalities by myself.

What I need :

1°) Add a subscribe system, based on Drupal Commerce, with 2 subscriptions plans and for each a number of offers that a company can make on the site (there's already the function to check the number of offers a user can do, but it is not linked to subscriptions yet,

2°) An evaluation system that allows asker and companies to evaluate each other after a work has been completed.

The evaluation is like the evaluation system of aliexpress : 4 ratings and a text comment.

For a complete project, the Asker evaluates the Company that has done the work ans this Company evaluates the asker.

I'm here to answer all your questions. I will try to give some screenshots tomorrow, and here are the modules that manage Projects/Offers on the site, to give an idea.

I'm myself a Drupal expert since 8 years, so I'm looking for state-of-art Drupal programming. And I own a web agency with a lot of clients... and a lot of projects to come if you work well !

You have to consider these requirements :

- The code quality is very important for our company

- The programming must follow best practices and particularly Drupal standards

- No obfuscation tool may be used

- The code MUST be self documented, using a good proportion of comments (25 to 30% is great), so functions must be commented to explain the function purpose and if needed a URL can be provided to explain the method AND functions contents must also be commented (1 comment for 3 or 4 programming lines is ok)
