Adding search bar, Optimization for assets and responsive design for a wordpress site

I want the following things to be done for my existing WordPress website. Please bid only if you are from India.

1. Add a search bar to the inner pages in a specified location.

2. Optimize the images and other assets for faster page loads.

3. Add few elements to the existing responsive design (menu etc)

4. make few changes to the blog page for fonts and links.
