Adding translation feature to a WordPress plugin

I bought a WordPress plugin. This is an add on plugin for Visual composer.
The Visual composer is working very well for translation, but this add on have no translation feature.
I need to localize the add on.
Your job is:
1. Add the translation function to the plugin.
2. You don't need to translate the language, we will do by myself. Use dummy translation (for example: XXXXXXXXTESTTRANSLATION) just to show the translation working properly.
Your job is only to make the localization work, not to translate the .po/.mo file.
In the finish project, I need a note to what you change. Cause I already make huge modification on this add on.
