Amazon API price refresher and alert

Hi! My name is Tomasz Kustra, and I am from Poland. I am interested in this project. API can return not more than info about 10 items per second. So scanning 150 items means that each item's price can be updated every 15 seconds. I propose doing it as command line script written in Perl (PERL is free for use on Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac) and I would send you detailed intsructions how to set up and use it. It will be running in circles and when it detects proper price it can open web browser windows with this product already loaded in. Products will be read from txt filewith option to modify it in any moment. This will be the quickest way, I could do something like than even today. Hi, I have 10 years of data extraction and automation experience. For your particular need the API will not work as refreshing up to 200 items every 20 seconds is out of limits of the API set by Amazon. The only solution is to web scrape Amazon for your items. Each of the 200 items would have its own thread monitoring the page every 10-20 seconds. Each thread would have a set of proxy IPs that it would keep on rotating. Once the item reaches your X limit the script can open the page in browser for you to process checkout or whatever you want. I can also make the system alarm/beep till you stop it. Hi, some questions: 1. Do you need this as a Desktop application(C#) or online(PHP)? 2. How do you feed a list of items to the bot? Using a keyword or manually entering all product links or you are watching only particular sellers(Stores)? 3. Do you want bot to open the item in new browser window or within the application(with logged in condition)? 4. Can you please provide an example List(of products) and same for used items, so I check them on Amazon and have a look at it.
