On my website, users sign up by entering their email address and mobile number. Then a verification code is sent to the user's mobile. There are two things I need. I need to add code so that: 1. Users cannot register using an existing mobile number on the system 2. I can bar some mobile numbers from registration (EG. for users that have abused the system in the past, I need a way to block them from using the system again).

The things I have to do in this project.. 1- Create additional field in users table named status. 2- You can put bar in that field using admin panel, if you want to barred a user.. 3- Create php script to check whether user is barred or not.. 4- If user is barred , redirect to login page with error msg.. if not direct to welcome page for option 1 1- Modify validation php script to check whether entered mobile number available in the database.. 2- if yes.. redirect to login page with a message that sign with original username and pass word.. 3- if not allow to proceed with registration please accept my bid if u are satisfy with my proposal..
