Android App with backend -- STRICT BUDGET

Here are the features I need

1) Client should be able to make booking/appointment at selected location

Backend/Admin control

1) Should be able to add new locations and should be able to control appointment slots at various locations

2) Integrate email/sms so that when admin confirms the appointment system sends a sms to the client

3) Admin should be able to send sms to all the clients with promo codes etc

4) Admin should be able to generate send sms to clients who didnt visit for x number of days
