Product Scope
The main purpose is to develop an Android Application that monitor (listen through a microphone), record (into device memory and/or SD) and send (to a dedicated server) Sound Pressure Level data (both full data and/or elaborated data basing on LEQ levels) continuously. Source code is mandatory.
The device in which the application will be installed will be installed in different places so the entire application shall be remotely controlled (changing settings server side), not only manually controlled (by device usage).
The activity period can last for very long time (even continuous use).
References
There are many applications that already do partially this kind of analysis. On Play Store good references could be:
- SPL Meter
- iNVH (Bosch)
- Noise Meter

The developed application shall have all the features included in the above applications (noted as reference and improve understanding and the additional features)
