All three topics can be addressed with installing existing plugins and configuration given following assumptions: a) shopping cart system is wooCommerce on WordPress and b) you do not have a particular payment processor signed up for In addition a development environment should be available to keep the store uninterrupted. One of my clients had similar requirements which I implemented to their satisfaction (seasonal only). It will take about 1 hour to setup a dev environment (if required), 2 hrs. to install plugins and adjust to existing theme, 2 hrs. for setting up and connect to credit card services, 2 hrs. for configuring coupon codes and product attributes and 3 additional hours for testing, merging changes to live site and testing again. Everything of cause is done confidential and the dev environment will be destroyed at the end. It is really straight-forward technical work which I had done before. And I am available immediately to be completed within one day.
