Auto Poster Script for vBulletin+PHP -- 2

Hi, I need a PHP script made which consists of posting contents of .txt files to my vBulletin 4 forum. I will need a script which posts each one of this txt file by creating a new thread and to a specify subforum of the forum. So in other words, on the server of the PHP script I will have files in a folder (e.g. /home/scripts/) containing files like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc.etc. If I want to post to the vBulletin subsection on my forum "Logs", I will specify the id of the subforum in the script as well as other minor details (e.g. time to post each file, vbulletin's disable smilies etc). I should be able to define when files are posted i.e. [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] posted on 10th June 5pm EST, [login to view URL] post on 10th June 10pm EST, etc. The script will post each of the txt files as a single new thread to that specified subforum with the title as the name of the txt file specified e.g. if file is "[login to view URL]" the title will be "1-log" and contents in [login to view URL] will be the content of the thread that is posted.
