Backend website slow - need help to find out why

I have contacted a number of freelancers regarding the problems I am having with my website.
The backend of my theme forest Wordpress website is incredibly slow the last few days.
I am not sure if it is my wifi - even though it is running at 35 meg speed.
On my phone through 4g, front end reasonably quick, backend terribly slow.
I recently deleted 8 gigs of storage from the hostgator site hoping this would speed things up.
After reading different articles it might not be a hosting problem but a plugin problem. Either way, I would need this fixed as soon as possible.

On google speed tests it comes out as fairly quick.
In addition, I am also looking to speed up front end site.
