Hi I have reviewed your project description and have understood your requirements. Please consider: 1. The users/clients will have a form to submit their booking requests. 2. When they would submit it, you will receive the details on email and you would have two options - Accept or Reject. Upon clicking over the same, automated response will be sent accordingly. 3. Once it is accepted, when you would login at the back end / admin panel, you will see a calendar with all of the confirmed bookings. Also the invoice will be sent automatically based upon the quote rules/logic set up by admin. 4. You will have the options there to see for which of the bookings you have allocated a driver and for which you haven't. 5. For the ones you have not allocated a driver, you will get easy option to choose the driver in a drop down. Upon choosing the driver, email will be sent to the driver regarding the same. 6. We would also create a panel in the backend where you would be able to create drivers, enable/disable, edit/delete them. These drivers would then be automatically available in the system. 7. There would be a panel at the backend where the admin will be able to setup the rules for calculating the fare.
