Build an Image Installer

Looking for someone who can use the macro's and shell scripts I wrote (or make your own) to insert links to images (word bugs) in all excel/word/powerpoint documents on my drive. This should be a program I can install in any of my computers. It should open up a GUI screen for me to run the function that opens all office documents, inserts the image link, saves, and closes the files. The image gif is to my web server. I need someone who is very experienced with programming scripts, sub routines, and building GUI in python/java. I need these modifications made fairly quickly. I also would like to see what changes you make, so we can work out a way to report that. Either google drive, github etc. ::Requirements:: Above average programmer experienced with security software. The user will be able to put a "beacon" on their files. If these files leave the network then my mod will track the files. Even if a copy of the file is copy/pasted, I want to be able to track where that copy is going with a "beacon". A GUI will be needed later in the project but I'm more worried about functionality right now. I will give more details later on.
