Build a Mobile Application ( No chance for Newbies)

***URGENT***This is only for experienced developers not for newbies.*** I need a mobile application for a restaurant. Application needs to be designed in Native Android(No porting from phone gap) This restaurant is located in US. It should have all the basic features: 1) Online ordering 2) Login(FB, G+) 3) Registration (FB, G+) 4) Paypal Payment gateway. 5) Other simple features. Application might look simple, but this has to be completed in 15 days. More details will be sent once the project is awarded. Candidate should be highly interactive and responsive. There might be many skype calls in the beginning. Deadlines are strict (15 days). I will definitely penalize if it exceeds 15 days. Payment: 1) 33 % before we start 2) 33% after the application is developed 3) Remaining once the project is tested and ready for release.
