Build an Online Store

Hello I am looking for web designer specialising in ecommerce, to build an estore for me. I would like a total cost price for this….and without going into all details here is my basic brief • The proposed e-commenrce site is to be a UK run E-Currency trade/exchange/buy/sell site dealing in all types of e-currency and virtual currency. • The site must be simple, clear,secure and user friendly that channels the user direct to their required transaction (without lots of information which they don’t want) , then makes the transaction process quick, simple, secure, transparent • Must have a professional/quality look and feel • Have an e-wallet plugin where users buy credits/tokens to use in the store and exchange between users (like creativeminds micropayment) • Have as many payment gateways available as possible inc paypal • Have a membership plugin • Integrate with an e-currency script or have one designed • Have a Blog • Useable of phone and pads • I am looking to register as EMI (small) which is a legal requirement if trading in e-currency in the UK or I may use a system which is already approved without the need for a licence I have set up a limited company (dormant) registered at companies house plus have the domain name for the website ready. I will need continuing assistance with teething issues and continuing improvements.
