Build a Registration Website

Dear freelancers, I need a registration portal for the website. There is more than 10 fields and in the last session, there is mode of payment. i.e By Cash, By Internet Banking, By Cheque/DD There will be some more fields according to the mode of payment checked. Also, there should be a admin portal for viewing the registration details. All fields should be seen on the admin portal. The last registration should come first. Also there should be an method in admin portal for categorizing the registered members to some categories : Passed,Ongoing,Waiting Default one is Waiting. When a person changes to Ongoing, Automated mail and sms should be go. There should be another method for sending mails and sms to all groups. Another more features are there.
