Build a Website -- 2

We currently have a website up and running [login to view URL] but we have redesigned every page of the website to give it a fresh new look. The design is nearly done and we are just working on the final photos and correction. I have attached a pdf file which gives a pretty clear idea of what the new website will look like. We have changed the design in line with many of the functions that are already on the website. I have attached the PDF and please take the time to look at the PDF and also compare to our existing website so that you can give an accurate price and time frame. The PDF has 12 pages and i listed out the points below on each page of the PDF and also the webpage that it correlates to currently. Please i am taking the time to write out as much as possible so please read it all before bidding and telling me a time frame and price. 1. Homepage - new look completely and we have added some features that are not currently on the website. We have added new services that will allow the client the option to click on the service and then be taken to the page for that service (we have had these pages designed as well mainly our in villa services which you will see at the bottom of the page called Nextaway Holiday Plus) this new page correlates to [login to view URL] 2. in villa services this is a new page that does not currently exist on the website but clients can reach this page from the homepage or under the services tab on the top of every page. this page is only information and the client doesnt click on any options to leave page. 3. pamper services this is a new page that does not currently exist on the website but clients can reach this page from the homepage or under the services tab on the top of every page. this page is only information and the client doesnt click on any options to leave page 4. transportation services this is a new page that does not currently exist on the website but clients can reach this page from the homepage or under the services tab on the top of every page. this page is only information and the client doesnt click on any options to leave page 5. dining services - a video will need to be embedded in this page which we will provide. this is also a new page that does not currently exist on the website but clients can reach this page from the homepage or under the services tab on the top of every page. this page is only information and the client doesnt click on any options to leave page . 6. about us page - just needs to replace the old page [login to view URL] 7. the destinations page has also had a redesign but still keeping in line with what we have. this correlates with [login to view URL] 8. Search results page - has a new look with new colors but the same functions. [login to view URL] 9. Holiday rentals - Has a new look and also the option to search the featured properties. [login to view URL] 10 . Property description page - at the moment the description page when they click on the photo they are taken to a new window which we want to change. when they click on each of the small pictures we want it to show in the box where there is a larger picture. [login to view URL] 11. the blog page is new as well. it exists on the website now but has a completely new look and still adding a few changes [login to view URL] 12. Yacht charters . this page does not exist on the website and will need to be put up. the client would not click on anything to leave this page. This is just the beginning as we are looking to expand the website again in a few weeks time and we have more content that has to be added. So if this goes well we can continue to work on the website expansion together.
