Build a Website

I want a website to be built in WordPress having following features. Please note that theme and plug in is already purchased and the details will be shared with the short listed candidates. - Everyone who signs up can create an event. Obviously, this will usually be the host. Other people, who do not need to be users, can then purchase tickets through our website. - Events will be listed on the basis of a specific location (city) and date. - The event host will decide about the amount of tickets, how much they are in quantity, and create different categories of tickets (e.g. General Admission for $20 and VIP Tickets for $99.99) - We will implement Paypal where the host can link his associated email address. Through that, he can accept Paypal and/or credit cards (through Paypal) - Every time a ticket is purchased, we will get a $1 commission (flat fee). This fee shall be processed through Paypal Micropayments. - Also, once a ticket is purchased, it should automatically created electronically, including a unique QR-Code. - I'll be requiring 3-4 pre-designed layouts (will provide you with some ideas) that event managers can use for their event creations, including an HTML editor (as you can find it on eBay, for example) Let me elaborate with an example. - An event host who is going to sell the tickets of the event will sign up to our website with some basic information along with the PayPal account information. - Once the event host is signed up, he/she will add event details from some pre defined templates like: - Event Location - Date and Time - Number of Tickets - Tickets' Categories along with their Prices - A guest user can check out the cart but email address must be taken in the check out process so that the e-Ticket can be emailed. Whenever a ticket got purchased. $1 will be transferred to one account and rest to the event host account. Both transfers should be done through PayPal.
