Looking to create a website for our company Electriplan (T) Ltd that mimics the design, function form and layout of http://www.clancy.co.uk.
Designer should be capable of finding and integrating alternative vector graphics and doing design tweaks to fit the relative content available.
Example, on the sample website on Our core service
we may need to replace Civil Engineering to 'Construction Supervision' as a highlighted service and switch the respective graphic to indicate it.
Our current website currently sits on [login to view URL] but the overall look and feel should be more minimalist and clean as http://www.clancy.co.uk.
Website is required to be fully responsive and mobile friendly.
Freelancer is required to show/demonstrate ability to create similarly clean websites from their portfolio.
Proposed payment schedule
1. 30% paid upon delivering key pages layout mockup screen shot
2. 34% paid once website is viewable as per mock up and intractable through designers server
3. 16% paid to have majority of the website content corrected onto intractable website.
4. 20% paid to support website transfer onto clients server
