Build a page for currency ordering, existing website

We are in the need of adding a currency ordering page to our website in English and Danish. There are sketches, ONLY for inspiration or to get an idea how the process is structured, and the information type and placement. Currently we have the following pages in our navigation bar on our web page: - Home - Current rates - Help - About us - Contact - Language After ”Home”, there needs to be added a page called ”Order currency” for currency ordering. There has already been used yellow and green colours on the website. The green colour is used for headers, icons, borders and buttons and has the code #3C763D. The yellow colour has the code #FFD700. The text on website is black. For further information check the website: [login to view URL] The currency ordering process consists of 4 steps: - Step 1: Choose currency and amount. - Step 2: Entering of personal information. - Step 3: Chose pick-up place and date. - Step 4: Temporary receipt. Step 1: First you should be able to choose currency in a dropdown menu. The offered currencies are following: - EURO – EUR - U.S.A – USD - UK – GBP - Sweden – SEK - Norway – NOK - Switzerland – CHF - Poland – PLN - Canada – CAD - Australia – AUD - Japan – JPY - New Zealand – NZD - Czech Republic – CZK - Hungary – HUF - Hong Kong – HKD - Singapore – SGD - Thailand – THB - Turkey – TRY - Saudi Arabia – SAR - Bulgaria – BGN - Russia – RUB - Crotia – HRK - South Africa – ZAR - Romania – RON - China – CNY - U.A.E – AED - Egypt – EGP After choosing currency, the for the chosen currency should be shown next to it (the rate can be imported from an already uploaded csv-file). Beneath you should be able enter the amount you want of the chosen currency OR the amount in Danish kroner you want to exchange into the currency. Beneath it shows commission, which is currently always 0 kr. At last it shows the total price in Danish kroner. Step 2: This step contains a formula for entering personal information, which are following: - Full name - Birth date - Street address - City - Postal code (limited to 4 numbers) - Phone number (limited to 8 numbers) - Mail All fields must be filled in order to proceed to the next step. Step 3: In this step the customer fills out pick-up information. First of all you choose branch, which are shown in a dropdown menu. We have the following branches: - Amagerbro, Amagerbrogade 73 - Ishøj, Ishøj Store Torv 10 - Copenhagen Central Station (IN DANISH =”Københavns Hovedbanegård”), Bernstorffsgade 16 - Nørrebro, Nørrebrogade 251 - Odense C, Vesterbro 3 Beneath you should be able to choose pick-up date. Step 4: This page shows a temporary receipt. First of all the following text appears ”Your order has been sent to our branch. You will receive a confirmation mail, when your order has been processed”. After this the receipt shows ordered currency and amount, amount in Danish kroner, commission and at last total price in Danish kroner. Next to this is shown name of the customer, pick-up location and pick-up date. The receipt is also sent to the company’s mail address.
