Need someone to develop a simple program or script that will take a .CSV input file, run queries against a REST-ful API and then take the JSON results and convert them into a formatted .CSV output file.

Input will be a CSV file with the following columns
A-Title, A-Price, A-URL, A-Images, A-SalesRank
Script will run a Semantics3 API “search” query with text from “A-Title” column and save all results to different lines in a CSV using the following format.
(A- Prefix = input data. Q- Prefix = Data from search query)
A-Title, Q-Name, BLANK COLUMN1, A-Price, Q-Price, BLANK COLUMN2, A-URL, Q-URL, A-SalesRank, A-Images, Q-Size, Q-Brand. Q-SEM3-ID
