Camera SnapShot & Share Feature needed for JW Player 6

I'm looking for someone with experience with the JW Player and custom development to help me integrate a snapshot and share feature to our live beach cameras. I am working on my new website launch and wanted to add a great tool to help get our unique cameras shared across the web. Similar to the screenshots attached, I'd like an option, whether it be on the JW player custom skin or outside/inside of the player to share what you are looking at. I'd just like a way to get this for an affordable rate, as this is simply just an addon feature. Once The Snapshot has been taken, I'd like for the screengrab/snapshot to be loaded in a pop up frame with the ability to share within the social networks. (similar to the earthcam link example) Looking for the best freelancer with the lowest bid for this project. This project must respond and work with mobile streaming RTMP / HLS
