Change/Adapt Wordpress Theme, Options and Fields

I have this theme: [login to view URL] With this theme, I can add songs and albuns, but I want to change it to do a website for events, like in this example: [login to view URL] The idea is adapting the options that already exist on the theme I bought and adding some other fields. You can use other plugins such as: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] CSS is based on theme, so it's actually pretty simple and easy. This is what I need: - Users will be able to register and fields for registration shoud be: user type (private/company); username; email; confirm email; company name; first name; last name; gender; birthdate; vat/tax number; address; zip code; city; phone; mobile; website; upload photo/logo; description; (user should receive an email to confirm and activate account). - Registered users will be able to manage their own events: insert, edit and delete. - Registered events will be pending approval from admin. - Event details page will be based on this page of theme: [login to view URL] (a google map of the event should be shown) - Event insertion by users must have, at least, these fields: event name; event address; event date; event time; event price (free or paid); ticket site links (this option already exists on theme, if you notice that page, it has link to spotify, etc. the idea here is having some 10 fields, 5 or 6 have a "preset" image for websites that sell tickets online so when user fills in that field, it will appear in event page and it will be clicable with a image just like is happens now with those icons. then there will be some other 4 or 5 fields that will have a "standard" image because that's if user wants to sell tickets from a different website); category selection (here it will get from DB the categories admin inserted in BO, maximum of 3 categories selected); location (again, based on locations inserted by admin in BO); image (this is the image that appears in "songs" list and in big, inside "song details page", which will be "event details page"); age classification (e.g. 10-15; 15-20; 20-30; 30-40; > 40; all ages); external website link (e.g. if user has a specific site for the event); details/description; extra info (e.g. information about the place, transports, etc.) - Then, also important, is the search and filter options. User (registered or not) should be able to search for events based on "location", "date", "price" and "category" - Obviously, admin should also be able to publish events through BO - Last but not least, there should be a way for admin to put some online publicity with 12 seconds interval each (e.g. "rotative" banners that change to another after 12 seconds, to allow havnig paid banners on the website) To reduce your work, you can use existing plugins because there is already a lot of things that you can use to do almost everything. I don't have the time for this so that's why I am hiring someone to do it for me. And, obviously, I will give you the theme so you can work on your server. PS: Please don't bid if you are not really SURE what this is and also, DO NOT bid a wrong value! make SURE you understood this and make a correct bid, not a lower bid to ask me more money later. I hate when people do that...
