Change Jetpack "Pulicize" Wordpress Plugin

I am using Jetpack "Publicize" with the WP Job Manager plugin to auto-post to facebook. Currently it sends 2 versions of the website job description (post content) to the facebook post. I want to replace one description with other information (Job Role) from the post.
What I need:
- Get Jetpack Publicize to stop sending 2 of the same description to Facebook
- Get Jetpack Publicize to send 'Job Type' to Facebook
