I would like to modify the header area of my shopify theme on mobile devices only (not tablet & desktop)

Please see attached image for what I want it to look like. Basically I don't want the logo to take up so much of the screen. So I want to make it smaller and squeeze it between the 4 options in the menu. The other 4 can be reduced in size so this logo can be fit there.

(They current menu items should all be the same size, my image doesn't do a good job of showing that)

The logo should be pulled from the settings, just as it is now.
