Change website's theme and design. Need 4 different design

***READ FIRST*** *LOWEST BIDDERS WILL BE GIVEN FIRST PRIORITY* Hi there everyone, i want someone who could do and help me change my current website's design and create 4 total re-design of my existing website(I will be using the same files and database for all the designs.(different domains for each design done). It must be done almost identical to the reference sites which i will provide link(s) to. Almost 90% of the design and theme for my website must be the same as the reference site(s). so for each design, i will use one domain. Only the design and looks of the site must be changed to make it look like it's 4 different websites but in fact all 4 are the same , using the same files, database etc. It must also be responsive as it all ready is. I NEED 4 TOTALLY DIFFERENT DESIGN AND THEME FOR THIS WEBSITE TO BE DONE. Your work must really look professional and high quality. I don't want low standard design mock-up or quality. And for milestones, i will release them after each successfully completed stages, as shown below: 1st stage - 25% (after 1st design is completed) 2nd stage - 25% (after 2nd design is completed) 3rd stage - 25% (after 3rd design is completed) 4rd stage - 25% (after 4rd design is completed) This will be a long term relationship with the programmer so please send me some works done preferably related to web design you have done in the past.
