For this job you will need the following skills:
* Basic graphic design and PSD to HTML capabilities
* Very strong front-end skills including jQuery, ajax, bootstrap, css3, jQuery mobile
* Very strong back-end skill including PHP and MySQL
* Fluent in Chinese because the documentation and interface of the program will be in full Chinese
We currently have an application written in PHP and jQuery mobile, it is a realtime remote control that allows room guests to control lights, aircon, TV, radio etc inside a hotel through a web interface. The application connects to the hardware layer through TCP protocol and exchanges XML messages.
However, the theme provided by jQuery mobile is very boring and not suitable for large screen, hence we have had our designer drew up a brand new design for device with larger screen resolution.
Your job is to convert the old application by getting rid of jQuery mobile, and rewrite the application with other technologies such as jQuery+Bootstrap using the new theme which we will provide in PSD.
