the first file from ERPC group and the first file from ERPH group. Adds them together. If you do not obtain one component then it takes the second file from ERPC group and the second file from ERPH group, and adds them together with the previous ones. If you do not yet obtain one component it will take the next pair of files. The program will continue like this until one component is obtained. Count the number of links added from each group of files and cumulative number of total connections.
