Convert From C# into C++ (Window Desktop App Codes)

Hello, please give more details aout project - what is the complexity of the application, what it does. I have good knowlege of windows API, so this should be an easy task for me. Removing any VC runtime redistributable dependencies is also not a problem.

I am quite familiar with Qt 5, currently the most advanced and widely-used cross-platform GUI framework for C++. I am also familiar with Qt Quick 2, which is the modern way to build up a more flexible and styled GUI, compared to the traditional Qt Widgets. The actual cost and time needed basically depends on the complexity of the original program.

I would use Delphi, there are not any additional files only windows native exe application. Can you provide more information about the application?
