Convert a Template to a Website

We recently upgraded our magento website to the latest version 1.9.2. We worked with another development firm in India that was consistently over budget and did not communicate well so we're branching out hoping to find a more pro-active and mutually beneficial partnership. Project Re-Theme: - We're looking at themes from templatemonster and are hoping to convert our website to one of these that will allow us to leverage the responsive framework of 1.9. Currently we are on a partially responsive (very few site page/elements) and a separate mobile theme. Project Upgrade Fixes: - We have been able to sort out most of the issues but there are still some lingering within third party extensions and we also have a very small in-house team so someone skilled in QA that can help identify any other issues we have not been made aware of would also be ideal. Known issues below: 1) Layered Navigation - We've had issues with pricing returning server errors so this has been disabled. sizing does not work as it should and we are not able to leverage the configurable swatch technology built in 1.9 due to a previous custom extension. 2) Back in stock customer notification - Previously this was not working but based on recent testing, this is at least now working but it sends the notification several days after the item is back in stock instead of within 24-48 hours which would make sense and be ideal. 3) Third Party Extension - We have installed a couple of extensions from reputable vendors (Amasty & Mirasvit) that mostly work but have a few elements of the extension that aren't doing what they should which we believe is due to previous developers changing core files. We're hoping to have someone review and fix if possible.
