Convert html Template to a Magento Website

Take a magento 2.0 template and add 4 custom pages - these pages are custom designed in photoshop or html by me, then I need them added to the template. The template can be either porto or ultimo.
New pages include a new home page with out purchasing feature, product description page with out purchasing feature, Categories page with products grid view.
the rest of the site should work like normal
