Create Batch file to syncronize files in Image folders

We have a master Image folder where we dump all images collected for the web. Due to the capability of our Website software (Open Cart), we need to split this folder of images into sub folders based on the starting character of the file name. File names starting with numbers 1-9 go into the \Images Numeric\ folder, images starting with characters A to F (and a to f) go into the \Images A-F\ folder and so on. We need a Batch file created which can be run in Task Scheduler which will do this upload into subfolders from the parent folder. We also need a Subfolder \Scraper\ to push images into the parent folder, which will then be included into the upload into subfolders as described above.

Hello There! Greetings. My understanding is you need this batch file on Windows OS. You need two .bat file which will do the following, 1. Copy all image files from a folder as specified (maybe this can be placed in an external file which you can edit and parametrized) and paste them in various sub-folders as described based on their names first character. This will be a .bat file which you want to include in a task scheduler 2. The second one is the one which will copy images from various sub-folders and paste them into one master folder of images. This again will be .bat file. (Destination and source can be parametrized here too) I have been an expert in composing .bat files and can quickly turn around this work. Please, let me know. Regards,
