Create me a Custom Wordpress Plugin to brand the Wordpress Admin Area

Hey Guys, I would like someone to create a custom wordpress plugin that we can use and install on all of our clients sites to white-label / brand the Wordpress admin area. Some things we'd like this custom plugin to do: » Use a custom logo on the Wordpress login page - logo should click through to our site. » Change the background of the login page to a custom image » The plugin should remove certain dashboard widgets for all users lower than 'Administrator'. The plugin should also add a custom dashboard widget which will display some contact details of our design company. » Plugin should alter the footer text that's shown in the admin area. We'd like a logo and some text in this area. Tutorial attached. » The plugin should change the little Wordpress logo in the admin menu bar (running across the top of the page) with our logo icon, which should link to our website. » Lastly, I want to insert our logo to the top of the Wordpress Admin Menu (not the top bar). I don't have a tutorial for this, but there is another plugin on the market that does it. Maybe you can "borrow" or take inspiration from their code to achieve this. I've attached a screenshot of where I want our logo to appear. I do NOT want to use other plugins to achieve these changes. None do everything you want in an easy to use and install package.
