Create A HTML generator application for online editing and creation of webpages

We need a html generator that can generate html files with images and description to our hosting. The script will be able to upload images and description, which will change per page created. The system will be able to accommodate several templates and be easy to transfer to different hostings and run under different domains. The script should have a image resize engine, similar to magento and other carts. Each template may have different size gallerys and hence it must be able to accommodate this. Images uploaded should be resized by the code and it must keep its aspect ratio. he script should save the details into a database, where it can be edited, deleted or simply browsed to. Deleting a generated listing should mean the images for it are wiped from the server. You application should be able too 1) Upload and resize images into a html template including thumbnail 2) Add generated templates to database, where they can be deleted, edited. 3)Be functional enough to allow new templates to be added or old ones edited, uploaded including css (3 will layouts will be supplied) 4)Be easy to install into new hosting or domain 5)Ability to view html page as html or as code 6) Be sure 7) Easy to move to a different host or domain We have a simple code that does some of these things already, but these features are in wordpress (woocomerce, Prestashop, magento) we do not mind if this code is edited to give a function we can use. We have a wordpress script that does much of this, but has a weak image resize engine, we can share this code with you. You can do this prokect in wordpress, magento etc if you wish.
