You could adjust the PHP file for anytime the Calls In queue turns on, to make it a pop up.
I do not have time to program that for you right now, but what I can suggest is if you are not doing outbound predictive, you can set your agents to on hook. this will make your softphone ring each time an inbound call comes in. you will need to stay active for this to work.
also if you are doing predictive, and you just want a better notification when you get an inbound call, you can set the tone called agent alert filename.
