Wordpress CMS for members area: 1- You develop a theme so the sites membership area looks approximately like before, but with extra functionality of the CMS 2- You source plugins for photogalleries (with downloadable zips) and video displays (including downloading of videos) 3- You design the non-members area so it pulls cropped images from members area like currently - but based on the latest cms updates 4- Old videos, pages and galleries are in plain html - it will probably be too much work to add them to the cms, so instead add links to those areas/pages The site is currently live. You may NOT interfere with display/functionality of the live site in any way.
