Create a Bootstrap theme based on provided style guide

The theme should adhere to common Bootstrap 3. The CSS created should not modify the Bootstrap CSS, but be in an additional file. The theme should be wrapped up and installable as a Wordpress theme. Original files are to be included as well.
Milestones will be created to ensure progress is being made and good work is being created. Poor communication will be subject to immediate termination.
Work may be discontinued at any time for any reason.
