Create a Wordpress Template -- 2

I need a good looking custom design wordpress template using avada theme for an insurance business. I want something similar to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Build me a great looking website all I need is the graphic design, insurance related images and layout of the pages. I need one page in specific a product page in this product page all I'm interested is the images for each category for example [login to view URL] Don't worry about the text content I will fill in the blanks with my own text. all I need is the set up. I'll create any additional pages i may need. I want the website install on my server and ready to go, that all I have to do is add the logo and product pages. my website is [login to view URL] my business name is US Affordable Insurance. I started but I cannot finish the website. I'm open to suggestion looking for someone professional that know that there doing. Also please show me previous work done using avada theme or similar.

Build the website in your server and when it finish and I like it all we have to do is transfer it. I have already started working on my site please use the content that I currently have in the new site. Don't worry about the logo it only a template one website is finish I will up load the new logo.
