Create Wordpress page, convert text based logo into vector and implement design on social media sites

We are looking for a person or team who can create a Wordpress site for launching a new campaign and implement the same design on our social media sites which includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
Requirements
Create and design a layout that allows for the below. Site will be nearly all white, with a red logo. Further design directions will follow once freelancer has been selected.
- A video must be embedded in the top half of the page and play for 3-4 seconds before stopping. Rest of the video can be viewed by pressing play. (Similar to how Netflix plays snippets of a video in top half of their page for promotional use) - Video hosting should be YouTube
- Allow users to share the video with the most common social media sites.
- Add sections such as biography, about the campaign, contact pages. Note: Might be a page less might be 2 or 3 pages more.
- Include links to external sites for "Buy Now" and similar links (4-5 links in total)
- Include links to our related social media sites mentioned above.
The above covers the majority of it. We will go more in details with each aspect once an NDA has been signed.
