Development Work Procedure:
*Panel for Admin, Teacher, Student with Signup and Login form
*Admin can also create/edit/delete User as Teacher or Student
*Admin can create Classroom(Video conference room)/Meeting/Conference
*On Video classroom Teacher can view all student on webcam(If any student want to keep turn off webcam ,he can do), and can also share screen
*Student can enable Webcam or mic to attain on Video classroom and can see live video of teacher on screen.
* Student/Teacher can record the whole broadcast
* RED5 Technology* Wowza Streaming Engine you can use any
