Customization of the WP PM plugins with creation of the front-end on the basis of the Bootstrap Framework

Hi! We are interested in the Project Management Plugin customization. We want to create Project Management System for our needs. The system will be created on the basis of WordPress with the plugins having basic functionality but with some customization: WP Project Manager + WP User Frontend Pro + GANTT CHART ([login to view URL]). The front-end interface of the system will be created on the basis of the Bootstrap Framework with readymade HTML/PHP template containing a set of different styles and components (ex. [login to view URL]). We have 4 groups of users: Admin, Manager, Client, Talent. We want to create user accounts with a dashboards. Each group of users has a different access rights and roles. The system should allow to manage projects, tasks, calendar and schedule (Gantt praph). Projects are the basic element of the system. Users with the rights of Client and Talent can see only those projects in which they are participate. Each user has a list of the active and completed projects. An additional plug-in with the Gantt's chart is used for visualization of the schedule. Each project is devided into 4 stages: (1) Development, (2) Pre-Production, (3) Production, (4) Post-Production. Each stage includes substages. In the project settings manager can create the working groups which consists of users whose accounts are attached to the project. During the workflow users can create operational tasks. All tasks of each project are in the Calendar of the project in which all active tasks are published. Each project has a timeline page where all activities on the project are displayed in vertical chronology. Dashboard is the main working zone of each project. It displays the actual updated information in the form of widgets, and also statistics on the project. The main fubctionality is: Registration in the system, create and edit personal accounts Create groups of users with rights and roles Create, edit and manage projects Create and control tasks Project calendars and Gantt chart Communication between users (messages, chat, mail) Manage users, administration of the system So, here is a short brief on the system.
